Theraplay Training

A masters degree (or higher) in a mental health field specializing in working with children and families, and a current license to practice your profession. The Theraplay Institute does not take responsibility for the welfare of your clients; therefore you must be qualified to work independently. If you are still working on a masters degree or licensing, you may begin the practicum and earn Associates status until you have completed your training. If you work in social services under the supervision of a licensed professional, you may also earn Associates status as long as you continue to work under supervision.
