The Theraplay Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  The Theraplay Institute maintains responsibility for the program and its content.

Association of Play TherapyThe Theraplay Institute is approved by the Association for Play Therapy (APT Approved Provider 95-008) to offer continuing education specific to play therapy.  The Theraplay Institute maintains responsibility for the program.  

NBCCThe Theraplay Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP  No. 6470. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Theraplay Institute is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

The Theraplay Institute (ACE Approval Number 1318) is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. The Theraplay Institute maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: March 18, 2016 through March 18, 2019. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

The Theraplay Institute is approved by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation for Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (CE Sponsor #159-000177), Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (CE Sponsor #197-000003). The Theraplay Institute is also approved by Illinois Early Intervention.

The Theraplay Institute, SW CPE is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #0364.
